1. Page Load Speed. Many factors may affect the load speed of your website, such as coding issues, internet connectivity, browser incompatibilities, size of pages.

2. Navigation. A user friendly website provides for simple and intuitive navigations. The users should not have to guess where he or she will end up when clicking on a link. It should be evident.

3. Accessibility. There are certain things that can be done to improve accessibility when accessibility is not up to par, such as using alt tags for all images, valid html and css coding, etc.

4. Information. DBM attempts to understand your business and work with you in order to determine the most relevant information that your existing and potential customers may require from your website.
